  1. 10 Pieces Chicken Wings
  2. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  3. ½ Tablespoon Onion Paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  5. ½ Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  6. 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
  7. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice or Vinegar
  8. 2 Beaten Eggs
  9. Salt for Taste
  10. 1 Cup Corn Flour or Coconut Flour 
  11. ½  Teaspoon Black Pepper
  12. 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  13. Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil

For Garlic Sauce:

  1. 1 Large Garlic
  2. 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  3. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  4. 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  5. Salt for Taste
  6. 2 Tablespoons Sour Curd
  7. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 
  8. ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
  9. 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

How to Make Pan Fry Chicken Wings Without Flour

Step 1: Prepare Chicken Wings

Cut, Clean, and Prepare Chicken Wings

First, wash the wings properly with clean and cold water. After that, pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.

Step 2: Marinate Chicken Wings

Marinate Chicken Wings With Necessary Ingredients 

In a mixing bowl, keep the cleaned chicken wings. Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder,  1 teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon of onion paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of soya sauce, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice or vinegar.

Mix the chicken wings and spices with your hand. After mixing, store the wings in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken Wings for Frying

Whisk 2 eggs in a mixing pot. Add some chili flakes and salt. After that, dip the chicken wings into the beaten eggs. Roll the wings in gluten-free corn flour. I recommend using corn flour as a substitute for plain flour. You can also use coconut flour. Then shake the chicken wings to remove the extra corn flour.

In a cooking saucepan, pour 3 cups of vegetable oil or sunflower oil, also known as cooking oil. Turn on the stove and preheat the skillet for 5 minutes. Check the internal temperature (350 degrees Fahrenheit) of the oil by using a cooking thermometer, or you can add some skin to the oil.

If it bubbles, it is ready for frying. Now add the chicken wings carefully to the oil and lower the heat of the stove. After stirring for 5 minutes, the chicken wings will become golden brown. Then take away the wings from the pan and use a strainer to remove extra oil.

Firstly, you have to boil one whole garlic in water. Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Now add some paprika and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, salt, black pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of sour curd. After stirring for 2 minutes, add the boiled garlic paste and one cup of tomato sauce. Blend the mixture nicely. After blending, the garlic sauce is ready.
