  1. 8 to 9 Large or Medium Chicken Wings
  2. 1 Cup Cornstarch
  3. 2 large Eggs 
  4. 4 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Canola Oil 
  5. 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  6. ½ Cup Chopped Parsley Leaves
  7. 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  8. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  9. 1 Teaspoon Refined Pink Salt
  10. ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  11. ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder 

Ingredients for Buffalo Sauce: 

  1. 1 Cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  2. 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  3. 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  4. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  5. ½ Teaspoon Pink Salt
  6. 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter 
  7. ½ Tablespoon White Vinegar

How to Make Fried Chicken Wings Without Flour

Step 1: Cut and Prepare Chicken Wings

Separate chicken wing pieces from the whole chicken. As it is totally keto fried chicken wings, skin-on chicken wings will work best. The chicken pieces must be bone-in. Wash the chicken wings with clean and cold water. Then pat the wings dry using a kitchen towel.

In a large skillet or wok, pour 4 cups of canola or extra virgin olive oil. Or you can fill the skillet 1 ½ inch with the vegetable oil. Preheat the oil for 5 minutes. Check the temperature with a cooking thermometer. If the temperature reaches 375 degrees Fahrenheit, it is ready for deep frying.

First, preheat a pan in a low heat. Then melt the unsalted butter.
