- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Oregano
- 2 Teaspoons Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 3 Cups Vegetable Oil for frying
How to Make Chicken Fry With Corn Flour
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken Pieces
Cut a whole chicken into several pieces. Separate the thigh, breast, and drumstick pieces. For the chicken tenders recipe, collect only the breast part of the chicken. Clean the chicken with fresh water.

Use a hand beater and mix them well. Then zip the bag and shake it well. The corn flour will be properly mixed.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken and Prepare for Frying
In a mixing bowl, beat two large eggs. Then take one marinated piece of chicken and dip it into the beaten egg. Place the chicken piece from the beaten egg into the corn flour mixture.

Take a large cast iron skillet or a deep fryer. Pour 3 cups of oil into the skillet. If you use a deep fryer, fill it with vegetable oil. Heat the oil. Check using a cooking thermometer if the oil has reached 370 Fahrenheit.
Now place the chicken into the oil very carefully. Low down the flame, and after 5 minutes, start stirring. When the chicken pieces turn golden brown, take them away. Your super crispy cornflour fried chicken is ready.
