For Pizza Burger Dough:
- 2 Cups All-purpose Flour or Plain Flour
- ½ Tablespoon Granulated Sugar

- 1 lb Ground beef/ pork (With not more than 7% Fat)
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 Large Capcicums, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 10 to 12 Sliced Washed Mushrooms
- 6 to 7 Pieces of Pepperoni
- 10 to 12 Pieces of Sliced Bacon
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
For Tomato Pizza Sauce:
- 2 to 3 Large Ripe Tomatoes
- 7 to 8 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- 4 to 5 Red Peppers
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Vegetable Oil
How to Make Pizza Burger Pie
Step 1: Cook Ground beef or pork
Take 1 pound of ground beef or pork and put it on a cast-iron grill pan. You can prepare ground beef or pork by blending them with spices. Spread the ground meat all over the pan. Then add some vegetable shortening.
Cook and fry the ground meat until it turns brown. You can add some extra spices, like Italian seasoning, ground coriander, pepper, etc. while cooking. After cooking, store them for later use.
Step 2: Prepare The Batter For The Pizza Burger Pie
Pour two large beaten eggs into a cooking pot. Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of milk, and 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Mix the batter using a beater or a hand mixer. It may take some time to mix the whole batter coherently.
Step 3: Prepare Tomato Pizza Sauce
Roast 2 to 3 large, ripe tomatoes using a frying pan or oven. Also, roast garlic cloves in the same way. Then blend the roasted tomatoes and garlic cloves along with 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Blend for a while, and you will get the smooth pulp of tomato sauce. Preserve it for this recipe and later use.

Take the same cooking pan where you fried the ground beef or pork. Pour half of the pizza burger batter first. Then place all the ground, cooked beef on the batter. Sequentially place and spread 6 to 7 mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped capsicum, 2 cups of tomato pizza sauce, and chopped onion.
Again, pour half of the batter and gradually spread it all over the pan. Then place some mushrooms again. Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, 10 to 12 pepperoni and sausage, and 6 to 7 slices of bacon. Finally, garnish the whole dish with a sufficient amount of Italian seasoning and ground black pepper.
Step 6: Cook Pizza Burger Pie
For this step, I use the Gourmet Griller, which works best. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then place the grill pan on the wire rack of the griller. Wait for 10 minutes.

- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 beaten eggs, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar. Mix until a cohesive batter forms.
- Roast 2-3 large tomatoes and garlic cloves until softened. Blend roasted tomatoes and garlic with 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1 tsp salt to create tomato pizza sauce.
- Prepare chop onion, slice, and wash mushrooms, bacon, and pepperoni.
- In the same grill pan, pour half of the pizza burger batter. Layer with cooked ground meat, mushrooms, capsicum, tomato pizza sauce, and chopped onion. Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Add another layer of mushrooms, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, pepperoni, sausage slices, and bacon. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and ground black pepper.
- Preheat a grill to 400°F and place the grill pan on the wire rack. Cook for about 10 minutes until the pizza burger pie is fully cooked.
