  2. ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  3. ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  4. 3 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  5. 2 tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter
  6. 1 Cup All-purpose Flour or Coconut Flour
  7. 1 Cup Milk
  8. 1 large Egg
  9. 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

Step 1: Peel and Cut Fresh Apples
